1. Acceptance
By installing or using Morning Greetings (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App does
The App suggests greeting cards (background images with a message) for each day and lets you browse, save them to your gallery, and share them through other apps on your device.
3. Using the cards
Card images and messages are provided by the developer. You may save them and share them with friends and family for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell them, use them in advertising, or redistribute them as a collection.
4. Your data
Favourites and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The App is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not endorse advertised products or services.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App, interfere with the advertising it displays, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its name, icon, design, card images, and messages are owned by the developer, except for the limited use granted in section 3.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the App, its content, or any feature at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
